Don’t know if you are aware of this already but in Australia and in Ireland, very recently, they are looking at passing legislation that would ‘force’ priests to divulge confessions when it is related to sexual abuse issues:

This could soon be coming to Canada. I foresee that many priests in the future will be going to jail because of this!
My response:
Yes, I am aware of this. And yes it’s coming because only through persecution can the stench of sin and obstinacy be rooted out of the Church. They’re not listening, so God is going to resort to “Plan D”. Plans A, B, and C have not been accepted by the Bishops.
So it’s two-by-four-to-the-head time.
