At the 9 second mark, Master Spy Steacy admits that Jadewarr was not exclusively his account. This came as a surprise to those assembled. You will hear me give scoff (15 second mark) at Master Spy Steacy’s contention that he had already informed us of that fact.
Steacy goes on to confess that he had no control over the email or the account associated with “jadewarr”. We would later learn that at least three other Commission employees knew the account and password.
Barbara Kulaszka couldn’t have painted the CHRC in a more damaging light when she said:
“So really, this email didn’t really belong to you. It belonged to the Commission.”
