In response to my letter to the Apostolic Nuncio in regards to the scandals of Fr. Raymond Gravel, I was very surprised to receive this rather informative response from the Nunciature today: page 1, 2, 3, 4.
I hope point 6 on page 4 is a coded message to Fr. Gravel to take a hike or repent.

Actually I think the Bishop of Joliette gave a nudge nudge wink wink to Gravel, and I’m actually very disappointed with the result of your very good letter.
How is this nudge-nudge? As someone who works in a diocesan curia (and who therefore is fairly close to these sorts of things) I actually find this decree spot-on. Canon law often restricts those in authority from undertaking certain kinds of punitive actions, and Bishop Lussier (it seems to me) went as far as reasonably possible in the circumstances.
My question is how did this man ever get into a seminary in the first place. Dreg.
