Despite his denials during the election and even accusations from the mainstream media that social conservatives were lying about McGuinty’s plans, now we have the truth written in black in white in Bill 13.

Last week Ontario’s Premier Dalton McGuinty siezed the opportunity to write his radical six-gender sex education in the new ant-bullying law. Everyone agrees that bullying is a serious threat to children and must be combated with strong, stiff programs and penalties. Children’s lives depend on it. Unfortunately the Premier is using everyone’s good will to advance his agenda.

The Anti-bullying Bill 13 uses the force of law to make teachers in both Public and Catholic to:

1. Teach Radical Six Gender Curriculum - Equity and Inclusive Education

Bill 13 Section 2.  (1)  Paragraph 29.1 of subsection 8 (1) of the Act is repealed and the following substituted: equity and inclusive education

29.1 require boards to develop and implement an equity and inclusive education policy, and, if required by the Minister, submit the policy to the Minister and implement changes to the policy as directed by the Minister;

 

2. Support Homosexual Clubs in all Public and Catholic Schools

Bill 13 Section 9.  Board support for certain pupil activities and organizations

   303.1  Every board shall support pupils who want to establish and lead,

  (a)  activities or organizations that promote gender equity;

  (b)  activities or organizations that promote anti-racism;

  (c)  activities or organizations that promote the awareness and understanding of, and respect for, people with disabilities; or

  (d)  activities or organizations that promote the awareness and understanding of, and respect for, people of all sexual orientations and gender identities, including organizations with the name gay-straight alliance or another name.

 3. Force Churches Renting School Property to Follow Province’s Radical Agenda.

Bill 13 Section 7 (2)  Agreements with third parties re use of schools

(3.1)  If a board enters into an agreement with another person or entity, other than a board, respecting the use of a school operated by the board, the board shall include in the agreement a requirement that the person or entity follow standards that are consistent with the code of conduct.

It is egregious to impose, with the force of law, this bizarre social engineering experiment on Ontario’s children under the pretense of protecting children from bullying. There is no proof that forcing all schools, Public and Catholic, to teach this material and host gay clubs will stop bullying. This guise doesn’t hold water with standard pedagogical practices. Our schools don’t have to teach the intricacies of every element of difference to combat bullying. Teachers don’t need a 219 page curriculum guide extolling the virtues of being short, overweight, Christian, Jewish, Muslim or any other identifying factor. They simply need to combat bullying.

Think of the millions of small, innocent children who will be subjected to this agenda if we do nothing. Last year tens of thousands of parents spoke out, the Premier heard our cries and cancelled a similar program.

    I am disturbed by Bill 13, especially Section 2, Paragraph 29 (1). Ostensibly this legislation is intended to diminish “bullying” in all schools in our province.As an educator of many years, I am confident that it will do no such thing, but possibly it has the potential of a paradoxical effect by making membership in so-called “gay”-straight alliances just one more cause of division and subsequent bullying among students (either by those within the “alliance” or by those outside).
    “Big Brother” government seems alive and active in Ontario where local government of school boards is to be eroded by the obligation to submit any variation to the Minister and to revision as directed by the Minister.
    The schools of Ontario presently , in general, do a good job in preventing bullying. They have demonstrated that they can cope with this issue without heavy-handed Provincial interference. They already have sufficient tools to do this.
    Already, by this legislation and by previous (and anticipated future) attempts, The McGuinty government appears bound to pursue goals and policies whereby schools will be bound to teach that homosexuality is no different than heterosexuality, and that any conceivable “sexual activity” must be seen as equal to heterosexuality. Obviously that is fundamentally different than what is taught in many schools, particularly religion-based schools,or those where traditional morality is respected, in Ontario today.
    Such attempts at undermining of the family, the basic unit of western society, has the possibility of bringing on a radical social change, the outcome of which is potentially devastating.
    What is going to be taught by implication (plus future curricular revisions) to students about the definition of married couples and what families should look like in Ontario? The LAW is a great teacher, especially in a rule-of-law society such as we presently enjoy in Ontario. It should not be used to impose values contrary to those lived by the majority of its citizens. Indeed the suppression of free speech on gender issues is clearly included in this legislation by intent and by its wording. For instance one can easily predict the fate that awaits a student or even a school teacher who would dare to express any reservations concerning active homosexuality or same-sex “marriage

    In a former Christian democracy, our voting citizens still hold the countries fate in their hands at the ballot box. Canada has become synonymous to Sodom. This sets precedents for the normalization of many other morbid atrocities. What kind of so-called Christian Priesthood is silent about this? Since 1962 in the Guise of Separation of Church and State, Christianity was thus separated from government, law and education. Combined with the teaching of love without meaning (Kinsey Sex Education) and Murder without guilt (Abortion), what kind of society could be expected to emerge? These perversion’s are imposed by government decree and court enforcement, from kindergarten by people who ought to know better. Evil prospers when it is normalized trough education,law and government. What kind of democratic citizens make reason out of non reason?
