Indeed.  And so those bishops who fail to ADEQUATELY and SUFFICIENTLY instruct the Faithful and the general public about such truths are equally culpable.

    Sunday after Sunday, and year after year, we hear nothing from our pulpits on the great moral issues of our day. A silent church becomes a dead church, as dead as the aborted babies in the womb and the euthanized elderly in our hospitals and nursing homes.
