    An HIV negative AIDS carrier can still spread AIDS, and condoms have an overall failure rate of ten percent for preventing pregnancy,and a higher rate for preventing AIDS transmission because the virus is so minute 0.1 microns. The Supreme Court Of Canada has become a condom salesman.
