Remember that old 70′s movie called Soylent Green? It was a sci-fi flick starring Charlton Heston. The movie was set in 2022, which must have seemed like the distant future to them at the time, but it’s just around the corner for us.

The name of the movie comes from the small green wafers, produced by Soylent Corporation, that served as the main source of food. They were supposed to be made of high-energy plankton, but as the movie progresses, you discover that they’re made of human remains. Pretty gross.

Well, it turns out that Soylent Green isn’t just for 2022. It’s already happening in 2012:

Even the CBC, of all people, is reporting on the public furor over the sex-hibition at the Museum of Science and Technology. Check it out:

Canada’s Science and Technology Museum in Ottawa has raised the age limit for admission to a controversial sex exhibit after dozens of complaints about the content.

As well, animated video informing children about masturbation has been removed.

The moves followed complaints about the exhibit called Sex: A Tell-All Exhibition.

“The museum has received a higher-than-expected amount of expressions of concerns from the public,” spokesman Yves St-Onge told Reuters. (Source)

Reuters? Good grief! You mean the whole world now knows about this? They must think Canadians are a bunch of pervs!

Heritage Minister James Moore spoke out against the exhibit during Question Period, but his spokesman went even further:

Moore’s spokesman, James Maunder, had earlier said the purpose of the Museum of Science and Technology is to foster scientific and technological literacy.

“It is clear this exhibit does not fit within that mandate,” Maunder told CBC News. “Its content cannot be defended, and is insulting to taxpayers.”

My sentiments exactly.

I even saw CBC covering it on TV this evening! Clearly we’ve rocked the boat big time. Give credit to the Ottawa Sun for doing an excellent article on it yesterday, from which I drew inspiration for my complaint to the government.

Dear Tony,

I appreciate the efforts you’re making to cut unnecessary spending and balance the budget. However, I’m greatly distressed that taxpayer money is being used to fund a sex-hibition at Ottawa’s Museum of Science and Technology. The official name is “Sex: A Tell-all Exhibition”, but the content is very disturbing.

The “Erecto-matic” display contains a felt dissection of part of a limp penis. Press a button and the penis becomes erect. Is this how our hard-earned taxes should be employed?

Then there’s a display with a picture of two girls around the age of 13 pressed together naked, looking at the camera as if the viewer has just discovered them showering. Most normal Canadians would call this child porn. Do you want to be bankrolling this crap?

Then there’s the abortion issue. There are two audio stations where you can press a button to receive an answer from a health professional to a series of prepared questions. One question asks what to do if you’re pregnant with an unwanted child. The woman simply explains that in Quebec you can have an abortion without parental consent at the age of 14. She does not mention adoption. Since when is the federal government in the business of counseling abortions? I thought the Prime Minister didn’t want to talk about abortion?

Tony, even in the best of times this spending would be an outrage.  But at a time when the government is cutting more than $5 billion in annual spending and laying off thousands of public servants, this spending is just plain insulting.

As you know, museums will be flooded with kids on Canada Day, as admission is free and parents have the day off. I trust you can put an end to this disgrace before then.

On May 14th, 2012, the Canada Science and   Technology museum will open their latest exhibit “Sex: A Tell-all Exhibition”   which will remain there until January 2013.  On May   7th and May 9th, between 5pm and 7pm, educators (and parents) can preview this   exhibition for free.  They are looking for feedback.   According to the website, there will be a sign above the exhibit before   entering, clarifying children aged 12 and under require parental   accompaniment. An advocacy group in Ireland has announced that it conducted a survey in which 18% of respondents claimed that their doctors “behaved inappropriately” – including “sexual abuse” – during medical treatments.

The scale of sexual abuse by medical practitioners against patients could be far worse than scandals that rocked the Catholic Church, it was claimed yesterday.

So begins an article today (Wed., 3/7/12) on this matter in the Irish Examiner.

The Examiner reports that an organization named Dignity 4 Patients is calling for a government inquiry into the apparent widespread sexual abuse of patients by doctors.

Bernadette Sullivan, the group’s executive director, is quoted in the article:

“The scale of numbers a doctor can abuse, as compared to a priest, are huge,” said the former nurse-turned-whistleblower.

Ms. Sullivan also challenged why her group does not receive the same level of financial support as groups who support abuse victims in other areas of society.

“To fail to provide adequate funding to Dignity 4 Patients is to further discriminate, marginalise and neglect patient victims,” Sullivan told the Examiner. “This in itself is abuse.”

Well, it sure seems Sullivan was smart to raise her group’s profile by connecting her issue to abuse in the Catholic Church! That is how you get the media’s attention! (Source)

It’s a private issue, you see, between a woman and her doctor.

Not that this is a big surprise, mind you.  But it does bears repeating for the dumb and dumber who are so inclined to still believe the mainstream media is “fair and balanced”.

You would think that when a cabinet minister of any political party was asked about a government body broadcasting pornography and using tax dollars to do that, they might be a little shocked and demand answers.

Not current Conservative MP and Heritage Minister James Moore:  He attacked the messenger.  “I know you’re in the business of just going after the CBC, but I can’t comment on something I haven’t seen,” Moore told QMI Agency reporter Kris Sims when asked about CBC’s French arm showing pornographic material on one of its websites.

First, he’s responsible for CBC, which is using tax dollars to import pornography from France to post on its website. As if the Internet didn’t have enough porn to begin with. By dodging questions and attacking the messenger, Moore is dodging responsibility.

2) Next, you try to mislead the psychiatric field into taking pedophilia off the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders).

3) Once pedophilia is taken off the DSM, you can use that fact to have child abuse laws nullified, most likely through sympathetic courts.

At the same time, you use Hollywood to have pedophiles— er, the ”minor-attracted” — made sympathetic, decent and often admirable people. The best way is to start off with featuring them in comedies, where their kinky desires are the springboard of light, indulgent jokes, interspersed with the occasional drama documenting their suffering at the hands of the religious and intolerant.

The outline I’ve given above is almost exactly the same strategy pursued by gay activists to push us in the space of forty years from having irregularly-enforced sodomy laws to six states legalizing gay “marriages”. Dr. Kimberly Quinlan Lindsey, a top official with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been arrested and charged with two counts of child molestation and one count of bestiality.

Dr. Lindsey, who joined the CDC in 1999, is currently the deputy director for the Laboratory Science Policy and Practice Program Office. She’s second in command of the program office.

Prior to that role, she was the senior health scientist in the Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response, an office that oversees the allocation process for $1.5 billion in terrorism preparedness.

According to CNN:

“Authorities also charged Lindsey’s live-in boyfriend, Thomas Joseph Westerman, 42, with two counts of child molestation. 

The two are accused of ‘immoral and indecent’ sexual acts involving a 6-year-old …

The bestiality charge says Lindsey ‘did unlawfully perform or submit to any sexual act with an animal.’”

Between January and August last year, Dr. Lindsey and her boyfriend allegedly involved the child during sex, and DeKalb County police claim they discovered photographs of Lindsey performing sex acts on a couple of her pets.

Some of you may wonder why I’ve chosen to discuss this story. Some may think it’s in poor taste and doesn’t belong in a newsletter about health. However, I believe it’s relevant to be aware that someone in charge of your child’s health is allegedly engaged in child abuse. Her actions raise serious questions in my mind about her level of concern for the health and well-being of children in general.

Dr. Lindsey Played Primary Role in Bogus Swine Flu Propaganda Campaign

As you may recall, the 2009 H1N1 swine flu pandemic turned out to be a complete sham, with a fast-tracked and particularly dangerous vaccine being pushed as the sole remedy. Children and pregnant women were the primary targets of this dangerous vaccine. The H1N1 flu was a perfect example of how the CDC can brazenly distort reality, and often ignore and deny the dangerous and life-threatening side effects of their solution. As a result of this bogus propaganda campaign, thousands of people were harmed (and many died) worldwide.

In August, it was revealed that the 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccine increased the risk for narcolepsy—a very rare and devastating sleeping disorder—in Swedish children and adolescents by 660 percent….(Source)

The next time you hear some lefties arguing for a legalization of prostitution, point them to the public inquiry into hearings the Robert Pickton case. There, you will read about the horrible tragedy that prostitutes live through on a daily basis: poverty, violence, sex abuse, rape, post-traumatic stress disorder and drug abuse to make the mental anguish go away.

These women are crying out for our help. Legalizing prostitution will not liberate them.

I once met a prostitute in Ottawa. She had just been kicked out of the house of her latest “client”. She was crying and yelling at the man through the door. Tories doggedly sticking to wedge politics in dying days of Ontario election

OTTAWA – With support eroding and their campaign seemingly running out of steam, Ontario’s Progressive Conservatives are dismissing suggestions that they’re doggedly sticking to wedge issues as they fight to pull ahead of the governing Liberals in Thursday’s election.

Leader Tim Hudak is standing by a controversial campaign flyer about sex education that some groups have branded as homophobic, stoking fears that parents will be kept in the dark about what their children are being taught in school.

Asked Tuesday whether he still supports the flyer, Hudak responded: “Of course.”

“I think the only one who has explaining to do is Dalton McGuinty, who wants to bring in a sex-ed curriculum that would start in Grade 1 when kids are six years old,” he said while visiting a restaurant in the premier’s Ottawa-South riding.

“And then on top of that, he wants to keep these things hidden from moms and dads. I think that’s wrong.”
