“Mr. Speaker, I am proud to stand today to talk about an amazing event that will take place this week in the nation’s capital. It is the 2013 National March For Life,” MP Leon Benoit said during Statements by Members yesterday afternoon. (Source)

Get ready.  We’re coming!

No more smooth sailing for Stevie.

And remember, the freedom that is being granted to ALL MPs was started by a Pro-Life MP asking tough question about abortion.

The slavery that we’re under is about to end.

But make no mistake, if Mr. Scheer had allowed the status quo to stand, the last vestiges of independence on the backbenches in the House of Commons would have disappeared. The convention that the party whips dictate who says what during Question Period and members’ statements would have been confirmed — the status of backbenchers as disposable as that of Star Trek redshirt security officers on landing-party duty.  (Source)

Hahaha. That’s true!  The poor bozo security officers on Star Trek always got knocked off.

Good one for Andrew Scheer. Putting his Catholic Faith in action.  This is a great day for freedom indeed.

Let us rally to “FREE MARK WARAWA” on Monday, April 15, 2013, High Noon, the 1st day of the new Parliament sitting. It will be a greeting for the MP’s to remember.

Let us all rally around the “Freedom Flame” on the grounds of parliament hill in peaceful and respectful defiance of these dangerous suppressors of Free Speech and their leader, Harper. And let’s do it this Monday! The urgency is great, for our fundamental freedom is being eroded quickly and dramatically by the muzzling of our elected MP’s, and then the rest of us eventually in turn.

Funny how that works.

It’s interesting that Harper and his political enemies in the other Parties can come together to put down the Innocent.  Sometimes, nothing ever changes.

Now Herod was very glad when he saw Jesus; for he had wanted to see Him for a long time, because he had been hearing about Him and was hoping to see some sign performed by Him. And he questioned Him at some length; but He answered him nothing. And the chief priests and the scribes were standing there, accusing Him vehemently.  And Herod with his soldiers, after treating Him with contempt and mocking Him, dressed Him in a gorgeous robe and sent Him back to Pilate. Now Herod and Pilate became friends with one another that very day; for before they had been enemies with each other. – Luke 23:8-12

The Passion appears to play out in every age:  First Jesus, now the unborn.  Which actor are you in this drama?

…not just those in the Pseudo Conservative Party.

From a fellow Activists:

1. I’m hearing there has not been enough public response to the kaibosh of M-408 to justify being concerned about it in PMO. If you have a Twitter account, please consider making your opinion known on M-408 being deemed unvotable to the committee that will assess the appeal as well as the Prime Minister.

I know I’m never sure how much impact something like “Tweeting” has, but at the very least, I’d get great satisfaction from drowning out the one or two very rude, very vocal pro-abortion tweeters! J

2. Note that the Subcommittee on Procedure and House Affairs will hear Mr. Warawa’s appeal of the non-votability ruling of his motion on March Wed, 27 at 3:30 pm.

4. And please vote on this poll:

5. Also vote on Mark Warawa’s survey about gender selection here.

…are just not worth the trouble.

Never vote for a pro-abort establishment candidate…ever.  Always vote pro-life…or don’t vote at all.

Harper and his lackeys are no friends of social conservatives or the unborn.

Why stop there?  Why not charge the guy every time he had sex with his cheating wife?

I think that would be an appropriate penalty too.

When the Church lost the culture, the culture lost its mind.

The good news out of this is that a recovered sense of respect for male celibacy might be resurrected….which in turn might lead our feminized, skank culture to understand that “No, dear, you can’t have him.  He’s afraid of you and the financial penalties you’ll exact from him.”

With the mockery of the indissoluble covenant of marriage has come the complete breakdown in trust.

Attack marriage, my dear fellows, and suffer the consequences you will.

As the Church teaches:  Indissoluble marriage is a necessary relationship for couples because it establishes trust and leads to a healthy society for everyone.

Free and meaningless sex, a perverse judiciary, and poverty is the alternative.  Pick what you will.

“Too many people today have come to view government as the first resort instead of the last resort,” he wrote in a 1994 op-ed. “Most forget that our first schools, universities, hospitals and all forerunners to our modern social programs were not run or even funded by government. These services were provided by individual volunteers and charitable organizations.”

You’ll never guess who.

I’m sure there will be some accomodation with the Assembly of Catholic Bishops of Ontario’s education committee.

Some pastoral application to ensure everyone is sensitized to the new sodomy.

Compromise is always, always an option for our poor Catholic bishops.  There’s not one compromise that they have ever really passed down.

…sometimes there can be silver linings.

Disgusting.  The Media and Trudeau should get a room, and stop exposing us to this journalistic pornography.

Thoughtful article here.

I would just nuance the writers’ claims by saying that the US has the same problem. Moreover, autocratic moves by governments in power are sometimes a reaction to irresponsible Opposition parties that create useless stall tactics. Both Government and Opposition are running democracy into the ground.

…and never once disciplined by the Catholic Church.

Well, at least, he’ll have more time to dine and discuss the good old days with certain Toronto clerics.

You may have missed the story last week about how the Toronto District School Board’s website contained a link enticing children to experiment sexually with vegetables. Or at least the link used to be there. It was removed after some mainstream media outlets started reporting on it. The link also contained other kinky suggestions (viewer discretion is advised):

It read, in part: “Most of us learn that sex means a man on top of a woman, and that the only other choice is abstinence. But sex can be lots of things … women have sex with women, men have sex with men, women have sex with men — and sometimes the best sex is with yourself!”

It described how an individual “could suck, kiss, touch, bite, fondle, nibble, squeeze and lick someone’s body, nipples, calves, toes, neck” and other areas.

It talks of masturbation in front of the mirror, acting out fantasies and using sex toys. It also suggests penetration with “dildoes, vegetables, or butt plugs.” (Source)

The part that drew less attention, but that was also very disturbing, was a link advising kids on how to clean needles for safer drug use.

I guess this is what passes for public education these days. What ever happened to teaching kids to eat their vegetables? Now we’re teaching them to eat something else.

In the real world, people used to get fired on the spot for this type of crap. Any school board employee who has such poor judgment as to post this stuff is unfit to hold that job. But not in Mr. McGuinty’s world. No sir-ee Bob. The guy will probably get a promotion, along with the guy that made the polygamy posters that are actually in the schools.

Is there still a sane mind in Ontario that would vote for McGuinty???

And to think the CBC started it all….

Oh the irony!  God has one heck of a sense of humour.

“They didn’t disagree with the theme… They just thought some of the actions might be perceived as partisan and political and they expressed their concerns to us.”

So it’s all about perception and the politics of getting their money back.  Meanwhile, the unborn are totally ignored in their “internal struggle”.

This is disgusting.
